If a group class isn’t your thing, then you may consider a private class. We don’t recommend this as the beauty of prenatal classes is that you will meet a group of friends who will be your support network once the babies have been born.
However, some people don’t like group settings, or may be too busy with work to fit in weekly classes, so a private class might be the option for you.
This course is held in your home, and includes the topics:
- Normal labour and birth
- Pain relief
- What to expect in the first few days of parenthood
- Care of your newborn
- Feeding baby – breast and bottle
You will also be invited to join in on a pre and postnatal fitness class with one of the groups.
