Beloved Bumps strives to give you the information you need so you feel confident before and after your birth. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the information and/or teaching, let us know and we’ll work to make it right.

Our Happiness Guarantee is subject to certain terms and conditions that can be found here. The Beloved Bumps Happiness Guarantee only applies if you haven’t canceled or received a refund of any kind for the specific class.

Here’s how it works

Antenatal, Antenatal Refresher and Private Antenatal Class

1. If you’re unhappy with the information provided during one of our classes, you must inform us within 3 days by email or phone
2. Our Midwife will discuss why you feel this way and will figure out how she can provide additional information so you feel satisfied and prepared

If you cannot resolve the issue, we will allow you to cancel the remainder of your classes. If it is the last class of the course, we will discuss additional services we can provide so you walk away happy.

Postnatal Home Visit and First Aid & CPR for Parents

1. If you’re unhappy with the information or care provided during one of our home visits, you must inform us within 24 hrs by email or phone
2. Our Midwife will discuss why you feel this way and will figure out how she can provide additional information or care so you feel satisfied
