• Stall hire is $35 for 1 date from 10-12.30pm.  This includes: a table approx 120cm x 60cm, a space up at the side where you can display a clothes rack or other large items.
• All stalls must be booked through the website www.belovedbumps.sg and paid for in advance. Stalls cannot be booked separately, outside of our website.
• Each table may be manned by up to 2 people. You may split the table cost with someone else.
• Sellers may enter the venue one hour before the sale and must be fully set up by the start time. Sellers must remove all unsold goods, display equipment and clear all rubbish from their sales area within half an hour after the end of the sale

• Bookings should be made online. Bookings are subject to availability and are made on a first come, first served basis.
• By making your table booking, you agree to all our Terms and Conditions.
• Payment should be made at the time of booking through our secure online booking system. The booking is not complete until payment has been made.  The table booking is non refundable. If you’re unable to make the date, you may transfer your table to another person by informing us 14 days in advance.
• When you make your booking please make sure that your email address and contact number are correct.
• We do not supply any display equipment.

• Bookings are strictly for quality preloved goods only.  If you have items on your stall that do not meet this requirement we may ask you to remove them.
• All goods must be intended for maternity, babies and children up to the age of 6.  
• All items should be complete and electronic toys should be in working order.
• What you’re not allowed to sell: underwear, cot mattresses, soft toys with loose or missing parts, anything which is broken, stained, ripped or generally in poor condition.
• What you’re allowed to sell that needs to be brand new, sealed or with tags on: bedding, sheets, towels, bras, baby bottles and pacifiers.

• Stallholders are responsible for their own stall security. Beloved Bumps accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage. Beloved Bumps accept no responsibility or liability for the quality or condition of items purchased at Beloved Bumps Second Hand Baby Fair. Purchases are made entirely at the individual’s own risk, all items are sold as seen. Beloved Bumps accept no responsibility for sellers’ or buyers’ property on the sale day and accept no liability for loss or damage however caused. All persons who enter the market at their own risk.
• Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their own stall (should set their stall up in a safe way to avoid accidents).

Beloved Bumps reserves the right to cancel the Event for any reason. We shall notify the attendees of the cancellation as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, all monies paid to date will be refunded

If you cancel your place more than 20 days before the event, we will refund your booking fee. If you cancel your place 20 days or less before the event, a refund will only be offered at Beloved Bumps discretion.
