Finding Your Village With Likeminded Parents
Our 8-week mothers group is designed to help you navigate the early stages of motherhood while making meaningful connections with other mums and their babies. It’s a perfect blend of fun, fitness, and support in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Each week, you and your baby will enjoy engaging activities like mum & bub Pilates, baby swim classes, music sessions, and more—all tailored to nurture your bond and make this time truly special.
You’ll also have access to expert sleep consultancy, tips on baby development, and practical advice to ease your transition into motherhood—all while forming lasting friendships with like-minded mums.
This program is ideal for mums seeking a supportive community and a well-rounded postnatal experience, filled with opportunities for both learning and laughter.

FAQ
Absolutely! We have mats for your baby to lie on and changing facilities.
Believe me, we know how hard it can be to get out of the house with a newborn! With that said, we also know how good it feels when you do make it out and have some adult/human connection! That’s why we run the course on set dates, so (1) you have a reason to get out with your baby and (2) so you can meet and make real connections with other mums. What do we tell mums if you’re running late? Haven’t showered? Haven’t slept? Try and come anyways! Most of the mums probably feel or look the same way!
If you do miss a class because of an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, then we will of course try and figure out how you might make it up on the next course.
Whilst we love including Dads in as many areas as possible, the postnatal course has been designed for mums and babies to attend on their own – we find that this builds mums confidence of getting out of the house on her own, enables mums to feel comfortable to talk about anything on their minds, and build strong connections amongst the group. Whilst this can obviously happen with Dads around as well, we have just found that the environment works better for this course when it is Mums and their babies.
Our postnatal talks are about 45 mins to an hour. After the talk, you can stay and play on our mats or have a coffee and a chat with the other mums.
