When your baby reaches 6 months old, milk alone no longer gives them all the required nutrients they require. Milk is still the most important, but you will need to start introducing solid food to complement it.
From our years of experience of teaching prenatal classes, we realised that pregnant couples can feel overloaded with information in their pregnancy, and a lot of it isn’t important until after their baby is born (the postnatal period).
The early days and weeks with a baby can be tough for any new mum and it can leave you with a lot of questions: Am I feeding enough? How is my baby’s growth? My baby is crying a lot!
