Peace of mind starts with
the right training.

Leaving your baby with someone else is one of the hardest parts of early parenthood. Our helper courses give you the confidence that the person caring for your child knows exactly what to do — whether it's a normal day or an emergency.

We ask you before the course if there's anything specific you'd like covered. Your helper attends alone — we find they ask more questions and engage more openly without their employer in the room.

Your helper leaves confident.
So do you.

This isn't just training for your helper — it's peace of mind for you. Knowing the person with your baby has practised infant CPR on a manikin, knows how to manage a choking episode, and understands your newborn's cues changes how you feel about going back to work, running errands, or simply being somewhere else for a few hours.

Common questions

When should my helper attend?
As close to your due date as feels comfortable — or soon after your baby arrives. For the first aid only course, any time is fine. We recommend booking in advance as sessions fill quickly.
Does my helper attend alone?
Yes. We find helpers engage more openly, ask better questions, and feel more comfortable practising skills when they're not being observed by their employer. You're welcome to message us if you'd like an update after the session.
What should my helper wear?
Loose, comfortable clothing — the sessions involve a lot of practical work including getting up and down from the floor, recovery positions, and working with manikins. Trousers or shorts are best.
Is this a certified course?
Our instructors are accredited by the Singapore Resuscitation and First Aid Council (SRFAC). This is not a Singapore government-certified or subsidised course. Your helper will receive a certificate of attendance covering all topics completed.
What language is the course taught in?
English. All sessions are facilitated in English and materials are provided in English.
