The TENS machine is a drug-free pain relief device designed for labour, birth, and postpartum recovery. Using Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS), it provides safe, non-invasive pain relief by stimulating the body’s natural endorphins.

We offer the TENS machine on a 4-week hire basis, with new adhesive pads included for hygiene and comfort. The unit features user-controlled boost buttons, Opti-Max technology for adjustable intensity, and selected models include a built-in contraction timer. It can also be used alongside other pain relief options such as gas and air.

Collection & Return
Upon booking, you will be asked to select a preferred date for collection with 10mins assigned for pick-up. After birth, the unit can be collected by us during a scheduled midwife or lactation home visit, or clients can return via courier to our studio on an agreed date.
