Part of your care team.

As part of the Beloved Bumps team, Camilla works closely alongside our midwives and lactation consultants. If your baby is experiencing feeding challenges, for example, we can coordinate between an IBCLC and Camilla to provide connected, informed support — rather than isolated appointments that don't communicate with each other. Confirmation of your booking is sent via WhatsApp from the Edge Healthcare team.

"Most babies sleep through the treatment. Parents often find it calming too — it's a very gentle, quiet session."

Common questions

How old does my baby need to be?
Osteopathy is safe from the first weeks of life. Many families bring their newborns within the first two to four weeks, particularly if there were feeding difficulties or an instrumental birth. There is no minimum age.
Is it safe? Will it hurt my baby?
Paediatric osteopathy uses very gentle techniques — the pressure used is comparable to the weight of a five-cent coin. The treatment is non-invasive and most babies remain calm or fall asleep during the session.
How many sessions will my baby need?
This depends on the presenting concern and your baby's response to treatment. Many families see meaningful improvement within two to three sessions. Camilla will discuss a treatment plan with you at the first appointment.
Can I attend as a mother too, not just my baby?
Yes — Camilla also sees postnatal mothers for osteopathic treatment following birth, caesarean recovery, and musculoskeletal concerns. Please mention this when booking and she will note it for the appointment.
What should I bring?
Just your baby and anything they need to be comfortable — nappies, a change of clothes, and feeding equipment if needed. The session takes place at our Redhill studio in a calm, quiet room.
