In every class, always

Regardless of which format you choose

Partners as co-participants

Every activity is designed for couples. Partners leave with practical skills and a clear role — not just as a support person.

Social time

Built into every session. The connections you make in class often become your postnatal support network.

Singapore-specific

Hospital numbers, local guidelines, SG-specific pain relief options, and what to ask for at your hospital.

WhatsApp access

Direct line to our midwife team after the course — for questions that come up between sessions and after birth.

Common questions

When should I start the course?
We recommend starting between 28–32 weeks. This gives you enough time to absorb the information and feel genuinely prepared, without the content feeling too distant from your due date.
Is the price per person or per couple?
Per couple — two adults per booking. Both of you are expected to attend, and all activities are designed for couples.
Do partners need to attend every session?
We strongly encourage it. Partners play a specific role in every session — the activities, simulations, and discussions are designed for both of you. The more your partner is involved, the more prepared they'll feel in the labour room and at home.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. If you miss a session we'll do our best to slot you into a makeup class, or you can top up to a private session with our midwives. You'll also have access to course resources online.
Which format is right for me?
The 4-week course is our most comprehensive offering and gives couples the most time to build skills and connect with each other. If your schedule is tight or you're joining later in pregnancy, the 2-week course covers the same content in two longer sessions. Planning a caesarean? The C-section course is specifically designed for you. Not sure — reach out and we'll help you choose.
Is this covered by insurance?
Antenatal education is not currently claimable under most Singapore health insurance plans. If you have international health coverage, it's worth checking your policy. Our care packages — which include the course alongside clinical services — may have different considerations.
