Pregnancy Information Night on 5 October


On October 5, we are going be running our first Pregnancy Information Night with Physio Down Under, Train with Be. and Dr. Naras.

Come on down if you’re pregnant. We’ve got so much information to share with you about your diet, Gestation Diabetes (GD), exercising – what’s safe and what’s not, common ailments you might find when you’re pregnant and also how to choose your birth team.

Dr Naras Lapsys (Dietician)
Brain development in pregnancy, pregnancy supplements, Gestational Diabetes (GD) awareness, general nutritional guidelines for pregnancy.

Physio Down Under (Physiotherapists)
Pregnancy body changes, common ailments & pains, preparing your body for childbirth and motherhood.

Train with Be. (Exercise Specialists)
Safe exercise during pregnancy, the importance of strength training, good posture and stretches/exercises you can do at home.

Join us on October 5, 6.30-8.30pm at 46 Kim Yam Road #03-05. It’s just $15 per pax including light refreshments.

There will be an open Q&A for you to ask questions, plus you get to meet other mums-to-be and make new friends who are on the same journey as you 🙂
